I am a freedom maximalist, ex-hedge fund manager, and philosopher in the Bitcoin space. My life is dedicated to maximizing the freedom and empowerment of others through education. In the famous words of Frederick Douglass: “Knowledge makes a man unfit to be a slave.” My work is focused on the creation of freedom, a quality originating in the spirit and executed by the mind.
Why I Write These Analects
Humanity’s greatest tool for freedom—money—is corrupt. In my view, Bitcoin is fundamentally a humanitarian movement exposing the greatest con in human history: central banking. By learning about the connection between honest money, entrepreneurship, and civilization, hope for the future of the human race can be renewed. To this end, my mission is to restore freedom, truth, and virtue in our world by sharing knowledge and encouraging people to tenaciously ask themselves the question: "What is Money?"
